Vulva Mapping Course
with Casia Sobolewski
Slow down. Tune in. Learn your unique pleasure map, without performance, pressure, or goals.
Course description
Develop a deep, confident understanding of what your body actually wants
Most people with vulvas were never taught how to truly listen to their body’s signals. This practice invites you to slow down and notice subtle sensations, preferences, and responses you may never have explored before. As you map different areas and types of touch, you begin to understand what genuinely feels good for you, not what you think should feel good. That clarity builds confidence in your pleasure and helps you guide yourself or a partner toward experiences your body actually enjoys.
In this live, guided vulva mapping experience, guest educator Casia Sobolewski of Honey & Water and Himeros Project leads an explicit, educational session for individuals or couples, covering vulva anatomy, touch variation, and how to tune into the body’s cues.
Learning objectives
Feel more pleasure by learning the language of your body
Through guided exploration, you’ll learn to notice differences in pressure, speed, texture, and sensation across different areas of the vulva. Over time, this builds a clearer internal map of your body’s responses. That awareness helps you stay present in sensation, ask for what you want, and create more satisfying intimate experiences, whether you’re exploring solo or with a partner.
Learning objective #1
Use mapping to increase sensation literacy
Track subtle sensations and build the “coming back” pattern when the mind wanders.
Learning objective #2
Normalize and work skillfully with numbness and emotion
Understand it as a common protective response and approach it with patience.
Learning objective #3
Explore external vulva anatomy with clarity
Outer/inner labia, clitoral hood/clitoris, vestibule/entrance, and notice what’s uniquely true for your body.
Learning objective #4
Apply a range of touch techniques
Dry touch, oil/lube touch, pacing, pressure, strokes, tapping, and compare sensation across regions (vulva/labia/inner thighs).
